Terms and Conditions

DMC Venture Group, LLC 

Contract 

1. Timeline 

The Services will commence on [Start Date] and are expected to be completed by [End Date].  If something arises, we (DMC Venture Group, LLC) and the client will discuss completion for another day. 

2. Payment 

The payment plan for an installation can vary based on several factors, including but not limited to.  The complexity of the installation, the size of the system, and the length of the installation.   

Please understand payment schedules for each installation/job will be different. 

Example, 

Total Fee: $5,000.00 

Payment Schedule:  

Deposit:  $2,500.00 (50%) 

Progress Payments at 50% completion: $1,250.00 (25%) 

Final Payment at 100% completion:  $1,250.00 (25%) 

Method of Payment: Credit Card, Debit Card, Check or Cash 

Revisions and Changes: Additional work or changes to the original plan may require extra payments or adjustments to the payment schedule. 

3. Client Responsibilities 

Provide all necessary materials and information required for the Services. 

Ensure timely access to locations and individuals needed for the completion of the services. 

The client will contact and provide services with Cox Cable, DIRECTV, AT&T, etc. For their own home or business. 

4.  Products, Parts and Materials 

We (DMC Venture Group, LLC) will not warranty nor cover the cost of any products, parts or materials provided by you (the client). 

5. Return Products 

Any products, parts or materials purchased through (DMC Venture Group, LLC) and returned by you (the client) will be subject to a 10%-15% restocking fee. 

6. Changes and Revisions 

Any changes to the scope of Services or Deliverables must be requested in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes beyond the original scope or for excessive revisions. 

7. Confidentiality 

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information received from the other party. This obligation will continue even after the termination of this Agreement. 

8. Termination 

Either party may terminate this Agreement.  In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any prepaid fees will be refunded to the client for uncompleted service. The client will pay all fees pertaining to any parts and materials returned. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

The Service Provider’s liability for any claims arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this Agreement. 

10. Governing Law 

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. 

11. Dispute Resolution 

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through [Arbitration/Mediation] in [Wyoming]. 

12. Entire Agreement 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements. 

13. Amendments 

Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. 

14. Proposals

All proposals are good for 14 days from date given on original proposal.
